Delivery & Assembly
- Delivery and professional installation within Switzerland: CHF 300.–
- Delivery is carried out by trained specialists, including assembly at the desired location.
Returns & Complaints
- Returns or exchanges are only possible in the case of significant defects or errors .
- In the case of a justified complaint, the customer will not incur any additional costs . Delivery costs already paid will be fully refunded.
- Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.

- This bed is an exhibition or showroom model .
- Slight signs of use, transport or display may therefore be present.
- Such signs of wear and tear due to age and use do not constitute a defect and do not entitle the customer to a return, price reduction or complaint.
- The condition of the bed has already been taken into account in the pricing.
